VISUAL APPRAISAL & LETTER REPORT
Visual inspection provided which confirms alterations are non-structural.

Includes a letter of comfort for your records.
VISUAL & DESIGN APPRAISAL
Visual inspection confirms alterations are structural but can be confidently justified by supporting structural calculations. PDF overmark of architectural drawings assumed sufficient for warrant.
Fee: £450
SER Fee: £50
SER 3rd Party Certificate Cost : £70
VISUAL, DESIGN & REMEDIAL WORKS
Visual inspection confirms alterations are structural and supporting structural calculations are required to verify design and any remedial works required. PDF overmark of architectural drawings assumed sufficient for warrant.
Fee: £600-900
SER: £150
SER 3rd Party Certificate Cost: £70
Final cost dependent on complexity of project and current level of compliance with building standards.
Structural CAD drawings can be provided if required for an additional fee of £200.
